ID Required:  California law requires evidence of CDCR employment to purchase this item, a photo, scan or copy of your CDCR ID is mandatory. 

If the name on your ID and the billing address on your credit card match your shipping address, this is all we will need.

If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, we will need a copy of your Drivers License.  The name on your ID, the name and address on your driver's license must match all your shipping address.
