Authorization Agreement for Purchase of Restricted Items
By checking the box, I confirm that I am authorized to purchase, possess, and use law enforcement or fire service-controlled items, including uniforms or apparel bearing department-specific identifying marks, such as patches or embroidered insignia.
To complete this purchase, I agree to verify my eligibility by one of the following methods:
- Send a Copy of My Department ID Card
- A clear photo or scan of my valid, unexpired department ID card can be sent via text to (916) 865-7807 or emailed to ID@advantagegear.com.
- Department Email Verification
- Alternatively, I may send an email from my official .gov department email account to ID@advantagegear.com, confirming my eligibility to purchase these controlled items.
I understand that failure to provide valid proof of authorization will result in cancellation of my order and a 20% cancellation fee.
