Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping Policy
At Advantage Gear, Inc., we aim to process and ship your orders promptly:
- In-Stock Items: Shipped within 3-5 business days of order confirmation.
- Out-of-Stock Items: Typically shipped within 14 business days of order confirmation unless otherwise stated in the item description.
Unless other arrangements are made, all orders are shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS Parcel service.
International and Expedited Shipping

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout to ensure accuracy. Any package shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error will require repayment for both the items and reshipping costs. If you change your address, it is your responsibility to inform Advantage Gear, Inc. of the updated information. We are not liable for shipments sent to outdated addresses when a notification of the change has not been received.
Package Responsibility
Once a shipment is delivered to your shipping address (FOB destination), it becomes your responsibility. Please ensure timely pickup from your porch or doorstep. Advantage Gear, Inc. is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
Return Policy
Our return policy is effective immediately after an order is placed, not when the order ships or is received.
General Returns:
- Items/Orders Under $500: May be returned for a refund within 30 days if unused, unworn, and in original packaging in re-sellable condition.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all non-garment items returned for a refund.
- No restocking fee is charged for items returned for store credit. Items can only be returned once.
- Items/Orders Over $500: Cannot be returned for a refund or store credit.
- Special Orders: Are non-returnable.
Garments:
Garments may be exchanged once for a different size at no additional cost.
- Garments cannot be returned or exchanged if:
- They have been washed, worn, soiled, or altered (including patches).
- They are custom-made, non-stock colors/sizes, or hemmed to 28 inches or less.
Exclusions:
- Books, training manuals, and any printed or reference materials are non-returnable.
Return Authorization Required:
All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#). To request one, contact us at (916) 652-8850 before sending your return. The RA# must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Returns without this number will not be accepted.
Refunds and Shipping Costs:
- Refunds do not include shipping costs.
- For international returns, refunds are limited to the cost of the item only.
Exchanges:
Advantage Gear, Inc. will cover a one-time reshipping fee for merchandise exchanges (excluding international shipments). Future exchanges will be at the customer’s expense.
